Cricex Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules for Malaysian Players

1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and cricex ("Platform", "We", or "Company"). This agreement takes effect as soon as you click the "Register" button or begin using any service provided by cricex.

By accessing or using the cricex platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines contained in this document, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guide who form part of this agreement.

These Terms & Conditions are written in Bahasa Melayu for the convenience of Malaysian players. Should there be any discrepancy between the Bahasa Melayu version and any other language version (where applicable), the Bahasa Melayu version shall serve as the primary reference for players in Malaysia.

2 User Eligibility

Platform cricex is exclusively for users who meet the following eligibility criteria. Use of the platform by individuals who do not meet these requirements is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• At least 18 years of age as of the date of registration
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list of any gaming platform
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not subject to any local legal restrictions prohibiting participation in online gaming activities
• Register only one (1) account per individual
• Using your real identity and accurate information during registration

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) active account at cricex. Holding multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly forbidden and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. This information is needed for identity verification (KYC), which is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.

• Your full name must match exactly as shown on your official identification document (MyKad)
• An active Malaysian phone number is required for SMS verification
• A valid email address for official communications and password recovery
• Password must be at least 8 characters long, combining letters and numbers
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended for added security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. cricex shall not be held liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by an unauthorised third party.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

cricex supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods to make transactions easy for players. All transactions are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption technology to safeguard your financial data.

Accepted Payment Methods:

Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or wallet held in the same name as the cricex account holder. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and further investigation.

Accounts that have not completed full KYC verification will be limited to a maximum withdrawal of MYR500 per day. To complete KYC verification, please upload a copy of your MyKad via the account settings section.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

cricex offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Welcome bonus: 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount (e.g., a RM100 bonus requires RM3,000 in wagers)
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account, per IP address, and per device
• Bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 14 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited
• Weekly cashback bonus: 5x wagering requirement, to be fulfilled within 7 days
• Maximum winnings from free spins are capped at RM500 unless otherwise stated
• Cricex reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if the terms are found to have been abused

6 Game Rules

All games available on cricex — including poker, roulette, table games, slots, live casino, Sports Betting, virtual sports, and e-sports — are operated in accordance with industry-standard rules. Every game uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently certified by international auditing bodies to ensure absolute fairness.

• All game results are final and cannot be disputed once a round has concluded
• Internet connection disruptions during an active game will not void any bets that have already been placed
• Any technical errors affecting game outcomes will be investigated and resolved by the cricex team within 48 hours
• Live sports betting: odds may change until the bet is fully confirmed by the system
• Cricex reserves the right to void any bets placed based on incorrectly displayed odds or information resulting from a technical error
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface

For sports games, official results recognised by the relevant sports body (e.g. the Football Association of Malaysia for the Malaysia Super League) will be used as the basis for determining betting outcomes.

7 Prohibited Activities & Conduct

To protect the integrity of the platform and ensure fairness for all players, cricex sets out a list of strictly prohibited conduct. Violating any of the following prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure.

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting)
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or third-party tools to play or accumulate bonuses
• Colluding with other players to manipulate games or bonus conditions (bonus abuse)
• Directly transferring funds between player accounts through the game table (chip dumping)
• Using false personal identification or stealing another person's identity
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of cricex
• Using the cricex platform for money laundering or illegal financing activities
• Spreading false or defamatory information about cricex on any public platform

8 Account Suspension & Closure

cricex reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons, without prior notice in serious cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Identity verification failed or information provided was found to be false
• Suspicious activity indicating fraud or money laundering
• Account closure request by the user
• User identified as being under 18 years of age
• Instructions from the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies

If your account has been suspended for a resolvable reason (e.g., incomplete KYC verification), you may contact the cricex support team to resolve the matter. Any valid balance remaining in an account closed at the user's request will be fully refunded upon successful identity verification.

9 cricex's Limitation of Liability

Platform cricex provided on an "as-is" basis. While we always strive to keep the platform running smoothly and stably, there are situations beyond our control that may affect the service.

Cricex shall not be held liable for any losses — whether direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive — arising from:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled system maintenance or emergencies
• Transaction delays or failures caused by issues on the part of third-party payment providers
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to the user's own negligence
• Betting losses incurred due to internet connection disruptions on the user's end
• Accurate and valid game outcomes in accordance with the established rules

Cricex's total maximum liability to any user for any claim, if applicable, is limited to the amount of the most recent deposit made by that user within the 30 days prior to the claim being submitted.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

cricex takes our responsibility for user privacy and personal data protection seriously. All information collected, stored, and used by cricex is subject to Privacy Policy who form part of this agreement.

• Personal data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL standards during transmission
• Cricex will not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except where required by law
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us
• Financial transaction records are retained for 7 years in accordance with Malaysian legal requirements

11 Terms & Conditions Amendments

cricex reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
